We do not charge your credit card unless the tickets you want are available. 5. All tickets are priced and sold at a markup over face value and there is a 3% handling fee at the end of all orders. 6. Orders over $1,000 may require a fax authorization. This is a signature from you authorizing the charge to your credit card, and copies of the front and back of your charge card and driver's license to verify the person charging on the card is the cardholder. 7. Last-minute tickets (day of or day before event takes place) might be emailed. Email service is $5, IF TICKETS ARE EMAILABLE. Close to event we recommend calling our office about tickets you see listed for best service and best delivery options (916-774-0000). Inventory is rarely 100% accurate day of and sometimes days before an event is to take place. 8. Some tickets don't ship until weeks, sometimes days, before a show/event. When we phone or email you to confirm your ticket order, we will let you know when to expect your tickets or you can call us before placing your order to find out what the expected delivery date would be.
